Booking Conditions
- A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking which is non-returnable.
The balance must be paid two weeks before the holiday commences.
- All bookings are from Saturday 3.00pm to Saturday 10.00am (except out
of season).
- The person making the booking must be over 18 years of age.
- No parties of single people will be accepted.
- In the event of cancellation, the hirer will be responsible for the full
amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let. Holiday insurance
is advisable. The 25% deposit however, is non-returnable.
- The hirer will be responsible for the contents of the flat during their
stay and it should be left in a clean and undamaged condition. Any breakages
or damage must be reported immediately and paid for.
- Only the persons named on the booking form may use the accommodation.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the proprietors for any loss or
damage to personal property brought onto the premises and the proprietors
are relieved of any responsibility and liability whatsoever for any accident
or injury however caused on the premises.
- Parking in the car park is entirely at the owner’s risk, the proprietors
will not be held liable for any theft or damage to vehicles whatsoever.
- Guests are required to respect other persons in the building by ensuring
there is no unreasonable noise and keeping televisions and music to an acceptable
level between 11.00pm and 8.00am.
