Holiday flats
We offer either family or double flats and you can be assured of a high standard of cleanliness.
All the apartments are bright, modern, tastefully appointed and are fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering holiday - cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery/utensils, colour TV, freeview, WIFI, electric heater and fans.
Bed linen and sheets are included. Cots, high chairs and a baby bath are available on request.
The holiday flats are all serviced by electric meters accepting £1 coins. A laundry area with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board is available on the 1st floor, and there is also an outside drying area.
Sorry we cannot accommodate pets. For the comfort of all our guests the apartments are non smoking throughout. Free car parking is available.

Flat 1 Sleeps 4/5
Flat 1 is on the 1st floor and has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living area has an easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed and there is a separate bedroom with bunk beds and room for a cot or child's bed if required. The bedroom overlooks the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway line.
It has a self-contained shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and shaver point.

Flat 2 Sleeps 2
On the 1st floor, Flat 2 is a large room consisting of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living area has an easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed.
It has an en-suite shower cubicle, hand basin and shaver point, a private toilet is located on the landing.

Flat 3 Sleeps 4/5
On the 1st floor, Flat 3 has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living area has an easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed. It has a separate bedroom with bunk beds.
There is a self-contained shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and shaver point.
The lounge and bedroom overlook the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway line.

Flat 5 Sleeps 4
This 2nd floor flat has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. It has an easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed and bunk beds (with a curtain around).
A private shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and shaver point is situated just along the landing.
